T-Visa Documents These helpful documents, created by the New York Anti-Trafficking Network, are designed for to address social worker privileges, rights
of victims, guide legal advocates.

2005 Trafficking Manual  This is perhaps the best manual on the T-Visa application process,.  It was published by the Legal Subcommittee of the New York
Anti-Trafficking Network in March 2005
Human Trafficking Guide  This is a guide to U.S. law on trafficking in persons. Published by the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles (LAFLA) in November
2004 and funded through the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR).  
United Nations Protocol  The UN protocol to prevent, suppress and punish trafficking in persons, especially women and children, supplementing the United
Nations convention against transnational organized crime.
